Good to know
Hill Country falls are mild — warm, sunny afternoons and cool evenings. Bring a layer for after dark by the river.
Something for the water — river shoes, swimwear, a towel — alongside your wedding attire. Nights can dip, so pack a wrap or jacket. Bring hiking clothes if you plan to stay for the Sunday activities.
Signal is spotty in the canyon. Download your directions before you leave the highway, and tell folks you may be off-grid for a bit.
You’ll want a car for the weekend. Everything centers on Rio Bella, but the nearest towns and shops are a short drive away.
